hey there, i'm probably doing something wrong (ugh technology) but it seems i can't put deviations into the digital art folder?

Oh, well, I was searching for the Admin area, and it seems like members only can put deviations in Featured folder and then Admins (me) put the deviations in their correct folder .n. I will try to take any solution for the thing, but it seems like only Admins can choose the folder 
I can fix it, I had it with my group too
